Chip-Chan (Unknown, Korea)
"Discovered during an unsecured webcam thread on 4chan’s /x/, many of
those on /x/ fixated their attention on her, first due to her sleeping
habits (or lack thereof), then, due to her writing.
According to Chip-chan (whose real name has yet to be discovered), an
unidentifiable Korean woman, in 1999, a police officer who had been
stalking her somehow captured her, rendered her unconscious and
implanted in her what she believes to be a verichip.
This verichip, she believes has utter control over her life. The
officer who implanted it (into her ankle as she most often writes) has
access to what she sees, says and hears. He can also control her
sleeping, making her fall asleep whenever and however long he wants.
That was how /x/ found her, asleep. She was so deep in REM that many
thought she was dead on camera, as she slept in the most uncomfortable
positions in her computer chair for long periods of time.
With posts as early as 2008, Chip-chan has been posting her story as
far across the internet as she can manage. Many have written her off as
crazy, or just completely ignore her.
Those from /x/ who have followed her story believe she very well may
be mentally unstable, but, it being /x/, they also believe there is
still a chance that something from her story is true. Regardless, those
who were there since she was first discovered on /x/ want to help.
Whether by getting in contact with her, somehow arranging for her to get
help, or just simply spreading her story, they want to help her." - Source
